Size and Construction
The core of the standard door is a combination of marine-quality ply and high-density polyurethane foam, all pressed between an aluminium outer skin.
Doors of a standard construction will provide a 1.3 U Value and we can produce a foam core which retains a U Value as low as 0.9
Steel reinforcement is also available but this will increase the U Value.
Size doesn’t matter, right?

- Outer frame 67mm and 100mm
- Matching trims in 37mm and 87mm
